NS has published a new resource for UIIA participant Motor Carriers that outlines the damage rebilling and payment process online at http://www.nscorp.com/content/nscorp/en/shipping-options/intermodal/maintenance-and-repair-information.html.

This website also includes information on how to register for access to the Intermodal Maintenance & Repair System (IMRS), as well as user guides. The IMRS system is home to equipment damage/citation/DV rebill supporting documentation and UIIA disputes. IMRS also accepts private equipment damage claims submitted by equipment owners.
